Atida aims to become the best online healthcare provider in Europe. From medicines and drugstore products to personalised supplements, Atida offers various solutions to support your health and well-being.

Together with Atida, we developed the e-commerce platform for the online pharmacy Atida and the new proposition for personalised supplements Atida Pure. In the design of these platforms, we applied the newly developed branding in design and copy.

In Europe, the landscape of online pharmacies is fragmented. Atida has acquired several existing online pharmacies with the aim of creating one strong player. Not just an online shop, but a reliable and personal health expert. For this, a strong e-commerce platform is needed, which adapts to market-specific contexts such as product range, pricing, content, ordering options, payment options, and legislation.

A real online pharmacy is more than e-commerce, which is why we developed and validated new concepts such as a personal assistant that advises you on the right products, ordering on prescription, automatic (re)deliveries, a loyalty program, and the positioning of a private label.

Atida aims to change healthcare from a purely reactive to a more proactive and preventive approach. Atida Pure offers a supplement to your diet with a personalised and flexible program full of vitamins, minerals, herbs, and probiotics.

Personal advice, supported by science

Based on an online questionnaire, Atida provides personal advice on supplements that fit your lifestyle, eating habits, and health goals. To reinforce the advice, we clearly explain what the active ingredient does, where you can normally find it, and what the quality characteristics of the product are.

Internationally tested

Naturally, you must validate a new platform and proposition with potential customers at an early stage. Therefore, we tested the concept with the target group in each sprint. We have presented our prototypes in the Netherlands, Germany, and Spain.

Learnings for product & assortment

Learnings for product & assortment

Besides cultural differences, we learned that for Atida Pure, the length of the questionnaire is crucial. Not too long, but certainly not too short. "Otherwise, you cannot give a substantiated and personal advice." In addition, the validations were an important input for the assortment. To prevent customers from having to take too many supplements in one day, Atida now provides common combinations.
