When it comes to inspiring co-working spaces, Spaces is known for its excellence. Our collaboration with them focused on boosting website conversions and enhancing service platforms for their ever-expanding community of members and tenants, all while ensuring scalability remains at the forefront.
A personalised search experience
By combining the extensive usage data of Spaces with our design expertise, we discovered opportunities to strongly improve the search function. The newly crafted search feature now offers suggestions that perfectly align with the user's preferences, for example displaying potential workspaces nearby, based on their GPS location.
Optimising conversion
The data showed a significant drop-off in conversion rates tied to the registration form—an essential step in Spaces' funnel for securing valuable leads. By streamlining the form, offering a clear proposition and minimizing input fields, the form now generates more results with fewer barriers.
Spaces in a nutshell
The way people are working is changing globally. With a focus on better conditions, reduced travel time, and the freedom to work anytime, both freelancers and larger corporations are turning to flexible working and coworking solutions. Spaces has positioned itself in this expanding market. Their expansion led to 500 locations in 55 countries and counting. Naturally, such growth demanded a significant digital scaling up.
Flexible meetings
In a time of flexible working, meeting spaces need to be just as adaptable. For this purpose, we have designed a fully automated booking system for meeting rooms. Users can use this system to access information about the availability of rooms, booking them, and even view and pay invoices.
Empowering employees
To support their growing range of products and worldwide locations, Spaces needed to provide their employees with new digital tooling. This included the ability to create product packages, offer different currencies, and calculate discounts. With the tool we designed, employees can maintain an overview and have full control over the products they offer.
