At Soda, we design products people love to use. We are a digital product design agency based in Amsterdam. We blend user needs with business objectives, for digital design that increases conversion and user engagement. We are a tight-knit, energetic team of 20 experts, from UX designers to researchers and strategists who live for complex, large scale digital challenges. We provide our services to clients such as KPN, Fairphone, GAMMA/Karwei, VPRO, OVpay and Heineken.

This is what you’ll do

As UX designer, you’re the architect behind seamless, end-to-end user experiences. You have an appetite for complex challenges and translate them into smart interfaces. As the face of Soda to our clients, you’re not afraid to push boundaries and ask the tough questions. Often you work together with multidisciplinary teams consisting of visual designers, copywriters, and researchers. Depending on the project, you facilitate workshops, create user flows, dive into detail design, create a design system or validate your design with a user test with our researcher. Every project is a chance to showcase your versatility.

What we’re looking for

  • 3 – 4 years of UX experience, ideally within an agency setting.
  • An applied sciences or university level degree in a design-related field.
  • Availability of 32 – 40 hours per week.
  • Proactive and curious—you don’t just solve client problems, you anticipate them.
  • Strong skills in wireframes, flowcharts, workshop facilitation and detail design.
  • Naturally creative and you love sharing your expertise with our team.
  • A solid portfolio with UX case studies you are excited to discuss.
  • Fluent in professional English; Dutch is a big plus.
