Medior UX Designer
Soda studio is a strategic product design agency based in Amsterdam. We are a team of creative specialists in product strategy, design and research. Our goal is to combine user needs with business objectives to create digital designs that enhance conversion and user engagement.
Our close-knit, energetic team consists of 20 specialists, ranging from UX designers to researchers and strategists who thrive on complex, large-scale digital challenges. Our clients include KPN, Fairphone, JDE Peet's, VPRO, Fugro and Heineken.
Now, we are looking for a new Medior UX designer to join our team.
What you will do
As a Medior UX Designer, you’ll help shape meaningful digital products - always with the user in mind. From day one, you’ll be designing flows and interactions, facilitating workshops, conducting research and delivering high-quality interfaces. You know how to translate user and business needs into smart and scalable digital solutions. And you enjoy working closely with your colleagues and clients to make it happen.
You’re comfortable taking ownership of (parts of) a project, while also knowing when to involve others. You might coach a junior, lead a design sprint, or spar with a senior. Every project is different with its unique challenges - and you appreciate that change of scenary.
You’ll get the opportunity to work on complex challenges across a variety of domains. You’ll keep learning from others and contribute to raising the bar with your own growing expertise.

What we are looking for
A designer with a solid portfolio of strong UX case studies, which you can discuss with enthusiasm and conviction.

At least 4 years of agency experience in a UX design role (or similar).

Fluent in Dutch and excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

What we offer
Gross salary range of €3,000 – €4,500 plus holiday allowance, depending on your experience.
