A suitable concept
The most personal and natural form of interaction with your target audience is through a conversation. So we came up with a conversational interface for digital job applications. We validated our concept with the target group and it turned out to go down well. So we went into the detail phase, making the whole website more catchy and personal.
Tailored to the target audience
Luba primarily offers job vacancies for practical professions, such as warehouse workers, forklift drivers, or technicians. This target audience requires clear communication, without jargon or fuss. We speak to them in their own language, using "werk" instead of "banen," for example.
